YouTube 1. Adjustment mode.
          In the adjustment mode all mechanisms movements and activation of devices perform by pressing the corresponding button on the remote control, namely:
Opening and closing the doors of the heating chamber;
Moving the form into the heating chamber and out of the heating chamber;
Switching on and off the diesel burner;
Switching on and off thefan of the smoke exhauster;
Switching on and off the circulation fan;
Switching on and off the obverse rotation of the main shaft;
Switching on and off the reverse rotation of the main shaft;
Switching on and off the obverse-reverse rotation of the main shaft;
Switching on and off the obverse rotation of the small shaft;
Switching on and off the reverse rotation of the small shaft;
Switching on and off the obverse-reverse rotation of the small shaft;
Switching on and off the cooling fan.
2. Automatic mode.
     In automatic mode, all operations of the technological cycle perform according to the set program. When pressing the “Start Cycle” button the light and sound alarm turn on; in 10 seconds the electric drive of a form rotation turns on (of a large and small shaft, 2 m/s); every 60 seconds (adjustable) obverse-reverse direction turns on; theelectric drive of the door opener turns on and the doors open. During the movement the light and sound alarm, which is installed on the door and on the cart, is signaling. At the end of opening the door the sensor activates and the electric drive switches off; the electric drive of the movement of the cart with the form and the timer T1 of acceleration time receive the command simultaneously. The cart begins to move at slow speed (V1). When moving, the light and sound alarm turns on, which is installed on a cart. At the end of the acceleration time the timer T1 gives the command for the fast (V2) moving of a cart and turns on the timer T2 of fast moving. When the time of fast moving expires the timer T2 turns off the cart movement drive and turns on the speed (V3) of braking. The cart comes to forward position at low speed where the sensor turns off the drive of movement and turns on the drive of closing the door of the heating chamber. At the end of closing the door the sensor activates and the electric drive turns off, simultaneously the light and sound alarm switches off,and the command of turning on goes to the burner of the heating chamber, to the circulating fan and to the fan of the smoke exhauster. When reaching the set temperature in the chamber timer T3 of molding turns on, and the burner turns off and switches to the mode of maintenance of the desired temperature. In this mode, the burner turns on when the temperature in the chamber goes below the preset level and turns off when reaching the upper preset level. When the time set on the timer T3 expires, the burner and circulating fan turn off, and the purging chamber timer T4 turns on. After the preset purging time expires, the timer T4 turns off the exhaust fan (smoke exhauster) and turns on the drive of opening the chamber door. When moving, the light and sound alarm, which is installed on the door, turns on. At the end of opening the doors the sensor activates and the electric drive switches off, simultaneously the command is being given to the electric movement drive of a cart with the form, and to the timer Т1 * of acceleration time. The cart begins to move at slow speed (V1). When moving, the light and sound alarm, which is installed on a cart, turns on.
At the end of the acceleration time the timer T1 * gives the command for the fast (V2) moving of the cart and turns on the timer Т2 * of fast moving. When the time of fast moving expores, the timer T2 * turns off the drive of the cart movement and turns on the speed (V3) of braking. The cart approaches to the rear position at low speed, where the sensor turns off the the drive of the movement and turns on the drive of closing the door of the heating chamber, and also turns on the cooling fan and a timer Т5, where the cooling time of the form is programmed. At the end of the cooling time the timer Т5 gives the command to turn off the cooling fan and the rotary drive of the form.
     The cycle is complete.
3. The adjustment of technological parameters.
      Adjusting the movement speed of the cart with the form rotary drive using the frequency converter (smoothly in the adjustment mode and step-by-step (acceleration, movement and braking) in the automatic mode).
     Adjusting the rotation speed of the main shaft of the form using the frequency converter.
     Adjusting the rotation speed of the small shaft of the form using the frequency converter.
     Adjusting the temperature in the heating chamber and keeping it within the specified limits.
     Adjusting the time delays, namely: rotation time in one direction at the obverse-reverse rotation, heating duration (forming), cooling duration, chamber purging duration, cart acceleration duration and duration of the the movement to the braking in both directions.
4. Blocking the technological operations
      If there is no signal from the sensor, that controls the open position of the chamber doors, the cart movement is not possible in one direction.
     If there is no signal from one of the sensors, that control extreme positions of the cart, it is impossible to close or open the chamber door.
      Emergency Stop.
      When pressing the «Emergency Stop» button the tension gets removed from all of the mechanisms and their further engaging is possible only after the system switching into adjustment mode.
